Gwen Stefani has designed a budget line of shoes that promise to deliver on comfort as well as style.
The singer, who is heavily pregnant with her third child, partnered with ShoeDazzle.com on the new accessories line, which will also include handbags.
She told WWD: 'The really big challenge is to get a shoe to look sexy and be at a comfortable height, and I think that we did that with the sandals.

Never one to sacrifice her wild style, even with the imminent arrival of her new baby, she has refused to relinquish her glamorous collection of footwear, fondly referring to them as 'inappropriate' shoes on Twitter.
Priced between $69.95 and $110.95, the gx by Gwen Stefani collection includes seven handbags and 24 footwear styles echoing the 'pop, punk, tribal and street’ elements of Stefani's style that has proved so popular with fashion fans.

Bags of style: Stefani admits she didn't even start wearing handbags until her mid-30s.
Stefani said of the new line: ‘I just wanted to make something that looked really good and high quality, but that you could afford. That was a challenge.’
Following in the footsteps of a number of celebrity fashion designers, including Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Moss, to introduce cut price lines recently, the gx collection comes in as a bargain in comparison to her L.A.M.B shoes and bags, some of which sell for upwards of $500.
Stefani admitted to WWD that the task of designing accessories has not been easy to learn, ‘To see a sketch and then to try to visualize what it is going to end up being and how it is going to work on the foot, it is not an easy project.'
No newbie to the game - Stefani first broke into fashion in 2002, with accessories in partnership with LeSportsac, and launched her own brand L.A.M.B in 2004 - she seems to be getting the hang of things. 'I know what I am doing more now,' she told WWD.

For the handbags, Stefani made sure to create a wide selection.
‘I just kind of wanted it to go all over the place and have something for everybody,’ she said.
A self-confessed 'tomboy' and not much of a bag girl by nature, Stefani admitted that she didn't even start wearing handbags until her mid-30s, and explained that the handbags from her gx collection are more casual than the shoes, saying, 'I love a softer bag that has almost a backpack feel.'
Busy juggling a growing family, accessories aren't the only fashion projects Stefani currently has up her sleeve.
As well as upcoming collections for her L.A.M.B brand, she has been delighting fans with product collaborations including OPI, Burton and DWP, a denim line with Denim Guru Michael Glasser.
Having it all: Stefani, pictured last month with husband Gavin Rossdale, their two sons and the family nanny, admits she has 'no idea' how she manages the demanding roles of mother, recording artist and designer
So how does she manage it all? 'I have no idea,' she confessed to WWD.
'The reason why I started L.A.M.B. and all the lines in the first place was because I always had this dream that I could be at my house, and I’d have this studio and my kids would be playing around me,’ said Stefani.
'All that has come true except that all that is happening at one time, and it’s mental, completely mental.’
The gx by Gwen Stefani collection is out on February 26 and available on ShoeDazzle.com.
